Below are some existing little white lies covers, they are all different, however one similarity is that it is a portrait of the main character often looking directly at the viewer. The ones that have the typeface placed somewhere like it belongs seems to work the best aswell. In fact the typeface often says something extra about the film. While most of them look muted, a bit of bright colour is used in suitable places to make that cover stand out on the shelf.
At the bottom is a print that was done of The Tree of Life for Little White Lies and was done as a limited edition foil print that was given to so many winners of a competition. This was designed and done by Joe Wilson. The most interesting part for me is the fact that Brad Pitts face is made entirely from gold leaves just makes it connected with the film, as Brad Pitt plays the father figure that represents nature.
