To understand the clients needs, we got a good idea from the brief about what they required. however we had a few questions so I sent an email to Jo Tuffs the director of Broadstairs Folk Week. Below is the email I sent to Jo.
Jo came back to us very quickly with the below. I communicated Jo’s response to the rest of the design agency, which seemed to be happy with the information we had received and couldn’t think of any further questions. We also got images of the hooden horse, Clarence the dragon and a jpeg file of the logo, which should help us for mocking up designs for campaigns.
